Next sword study meeting will be held on June 24, 2017 at Token Museum.
The details of last study meeting and schedule of this year are noted

Tokyo Metropolitan Barnch of the NBTHK (Nihon Bijutsu Token Hozon Kyokai or The Society for Preservation of the Japanese Art Swords), since it was founded in 1995, has been taking an active part in the spread and preservation of the Japanese Sword. In order to accomplish the main purpose of our society, we have plan and hold Kantei-kai (sword attribution), Kansho-kai (sword appreciation), sword exhibition, lecture and study tour. Also we have beginner's class at regular meeting and beginners can learn basic knowledge of Japanese sword appreciation. We are making all possible efforts to help people in studying Japanese sword and understanding its beauty.
